Secret Level Grimshire ??? (Level #158) located between Grimshire 2 and Grimshire 3 costs 1 Chalice, has one Ancient Dragon Skull, and can be re-entered repeatedly by choosing Reset Level after taking the 6 initial taps then exiting.
